02 / ART THAT BRINGS US TOGETHER

Celebrating
Black excellence.

Through portraits and exhibitions, I celebrate Black lives, contributions and stories.

My Black History Month exhibition at York Hospital recognises Black NHS staff, in conjunction with the York Hospital Arts Team. It builds on earlier Black Excellence exhibitions at NHS Newcastle and York St John University.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PAINTINGS

One life.
Many canvases.

“You don’t rely on luck;
you rely on process.”

NDUKA OMEIFE

At nine, I told my mother I would become an artist. That vision has stayed with me.

I graduated with First Class Honours in Fine & Applied Arts from the University of Benin, specialising in graphic design. My career took me through advertising and corporate creative work before entrepreneurship became my full-time path.

Today, I paint from my studio in York. I am a Fellow of the Society of Nigerian Artists, and my work explores people, nature and the world around us.

Alongside art, I share the lessons of building businesses, support other creatives and work with my wife, Bethel, to encourage stronger marriages and connected communities.
